Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued by FargiPro Cleaning LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Services Not Performed

If we do not perform a scheduled cleaning service and the issue is caused by us (for example, our team did not arrive, or we had to cancel), you are entitled to a 100% refund for that specific cleaning or, if you prefer, a full credit for a future cleaning.

2. Monthly Prepaid Plans

If you prepay for a month of cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, or similar):

  • If certain cleanings within that month are not performed by us, you can choose either:
    • To move the unused cleanings to the next month, or
    • To receive a refund for the unused cleanings on a pro-rata basis (100% of the value of each unused visit).

3. Cancellations by the Client

Cancellations by the client are governed by our Cancellation Policy. As a summary:

  • Cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time – no cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled start time – 50% of the cleaning fee is charged.

In the case of late cancellations (< 4 hours), a partial amount (50%) may be non-refundable, as the time has been reserved exclusively for you.

4. Access Issues and No-Show Due to Client

If our team arrives at the property but is unable to access it due to client-related reasons (for example, wrong address provided, no key, gate code not working, or no one present to open the door), this may be treated as a late cancellation.

In such cases, up to 50% of the service fee may be non-refundable, in line with our Cancellation Policy.

5. Dissatisfaction with Service

We want you to be happy with our service. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will review the situation and, at our discretion, may offer:

  • A complimentary re-clean of the concerned areas, or
  • A partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Please note:

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by Stripe or your financial institution.

7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:

  • Late cancellations (less than 4 hours before the appointment), beyond the refundable portion
  • Access issues caused by the client (no-show from the client side)
  • Situations where the service was performed as agreed and no reasonable grounds for refund exist
