This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued by FargiPro Cleaning LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
If we do not perform a scheduled cleaning service and the issue is caused by us (for example, our team did not arrive, or we had to cancel), you are entitled to a 100% refund for that specific cleaning or, if you prefer, a full credit for a future cleaning.
If you prepay for a month of cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, or similar):
Cancellations by the client are governed by our Cancellation Policy. As a summary:
In the case of late cancellations (< 4 hours), a partial amount (50%) may be non-refundable, as the time has been reserved exclusively for you.
If our team arrives at the property but is unable to access it due to client-related reasons (for example, wrong address provided, no key, gate code not working, or no one present to open the door), this may be treated as a late cancellation.
In such cases, up to 50% of the service fee may be non-refundable, in line with our Cancellation Policy.
We want you to be happy with our service. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will review the situation and, at our discretion, may offer:
All refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
