Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and rescheduling of cleaning appointments are handled by FargiPro Cleaning LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Standard Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time – no cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled start time – 50% of the cleaning fee will be charged.

2. Monthly Prepaid Plans

If you are on a monthly prepaid plan (for example, weekly or bi-weekly cleanings billed monthly in advance):

  • Cancellations more than 4 hours before the appointment – the visit may be rescheduled within the billing period or to the next period by agreement.
  • Cancellations less than 4 hours before the appointment – up to 50% of the value of that cleaning may be charged or deducted from the prepaid balance.

3. Access to Property

You are responsible for ensuring that our cleaners can access your property at the scheduled time. If our team arrives and is unable to enter due to:

  • No one being present to open the door
  • Incorrect or missing gate/door codes
  • Locked building or other access issues caused by the client

this may be treated as a late cancellation. In such cases, up to 50% of the service fee may be charged.

4. Cancellations by FargiPro Cleaning

If we need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning due to unforeseen circumstances (such as staff illness, severe weather, or other issues), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer:

  • Rescheduling to another available time, or
  • A 100% refund for any prepaid amount related to that specific cleaning, if rescheduling is not acceptable.

5. Emergencies

We recognize that emergencies can occur. If you experience an emergency that affects your ability to keep the appointment, please contact us. We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and may, at our discretion, waive or reduce cancellation fees.
